Softline builds complex information systems: government registries, ECM archives with hundreds of millions of documents, BPM routes with legally binding e-signatures, sector-wide systems at national scale.
These are not CRUD forms on a typical SaaS. These are systems under real load — 500,000 concurrent users, 130+ TB of production data, 24/7 continuous operation. The cost of failure is high.
Work is built around our own UnityBase platform, developed by Intecracy Group since 2014, building on the earlier Megapolis platform (since 1998). 26 years of continuous engineering tradition.

Enterprise system architecture
Module design, integrations, data models. RBAC/ABAC, audit trail, qualified e-signature, integration with adjacent government systems.

Working with real load
Performance tuning, SQL optimization, caching, load balancing. Systems run on slow connections and legacy hardware — typical public-sector reality.

Work on a long timeline
Projects span 1–3 years plus ongoing support. Systems live 10+ years in production — decisions are made with that horizon in mind.

Regulatory compliance
KSZI, ND TZI, DSTU, SSSCIP — part of daily work. This is Ukrainian-market specificity that Western frameworks and courses do not teach.
Who we are hiring
Engineering roles, middle level and above. We do not assign junior developers to critical infrastructure.
Senior developer
Server-side development on UnityBase JavaScript runtime, integrations, SQL optimization. Enterprise systems experience required.
System architect
Designing enterprise system architecture: data models, integrations, RBAC/ABAC, security, high load. Owner of technical decisions.
Systems analyst
Gathering and structuring requirements from clients, process modeling (BPMN), specifications for development. The bridge between business and engineering.
Project manager
Leading 1–3 year projects with teams of 5–15 engineers. Working with CMMI Level 4 processes. Experience with government clients is a strong plus.
DevOps / SRE
Deploying enterprise systems on-premise and in private clouds, monitoring, backups, CI/CD. Working with Linux, PostgreSQL, Docker.
QA engineer
Testing enterprise systems: functional, integration, load testing. Automation. Understanding the business logic of complex domains.
